RAM Upgrade

Another exciting milestone here at Coinpie.Academy, the pool production server RAM has been upgraded so now it has 6x the previous memory. This will allow the pool to accommodate more coin wallets and future growth in the user load.

BIOS Upgrades

The production server got a long needed BIOS upgrade today. It was a little nerve racking but it went off without a hitch. For those of you who have ever had a BIOS upgrade go wrong you know it’s a big mess to clean-up, sometimes even impossible. But, today we had success!

CPU Upgrades

The soon to be production server is getting a new (used) set of CPUs today. This should result in 55% overall increase in computational power when considering the additional cores and increased clock frequencies.
